A wonderful rare Scandinavian style coat and hat stand. Made from teak slatted wood in the 60s it is both stylish and practical. With it's 6 double hooked Bakerlite coat hangers, a hat rack, a swivel out drawer which turns on it's axis and a mirror (89cm x 28cm) it has everything you need for hallway storage. It would look equally at home in a guest bedroom or holiday let to replace a wardrobe.
The stand has 1 black coloured supporting leg with an adjustable brass foot so needs to be fixed to the wall by the 2 brass wall brackets at the back. It is a very sturdy and solid stand.
It has been well cared for with just a few minor nicks and chips on the drawer as to be expected for a vintage piece of furniture and there is a historic repair to the right of top coat hook (please see photos).
