Can be bought in pairs. A set of one of the original La Marie transparent chair's designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell. Produced in 1999 it was the first completely transparent chair in the world, made of polycarbonate in a single mould.
There are so many reasons to buy these chairs. They are seen as a work of art and form part of the MOMA furniture collection in New York. The design is both classic and contemporary and the transparency allows for a feeling of spaciousness in your home.
On a practical level they are lightweight and easy to move around, are stackable, easy to clean and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
These chairs were some of the first produced - manufactured in 2000. 4 of the 6 chairs have the 'La Marie by Starck for Kartell, Made in Italy and an arrow pointing to 00 (2000) imprinted on a back panel. 2 of them, although part of the set, have had the panel removed. They are in a good used condition with some surface scratches and scuffs as expected. Please see photos and contact me if your require more.
The price if for a set of 6.
