Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges with the following conditions. Buyers need to:

Send items back within 30 days of delivery.

All of our items are preloved, vintage & antique. We endeavour to describe the items in as much detail as possible with lots of clear photographs,wording and measurements. Any marks, dents or scratches will be illustrated / described but please ensure you are happy with the item condition prior to purchase as you will be liable for the delivery and return costs in the event that you change your mind about an item upon delivery.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you would like any further information about a particular product then please contact us before you buy.

We will not accept an item return if it does not fit into your home.
