A midcentury G Plan Librenza coffee table from the Tola & Black range.
The G Plan Tola and black Librenza range came before they started to follow the Danish design aesthetic in the 1960’s. It reflected the glamour of late 1950’s Italian design. Kitsch in essence, the range features black ebonised frames, with African mahogany (Tola) finishes and solid brass highlights.
The top has been lightly sanded and treated with Danish oil which has brought out the lovely grain in the wood and also protects it from marks and stains.
