A stylish Ercol Windsor Chair designed with a low back specifically for use with the Ercol mid-century dressing tables. The seat is made from elm and has the lovely wood grain patterns expected from such wood; the legs and back are made from beech which has a lighter, less noticeable, wood grain. The chair features Ercol's iconic tapering legs and elegant spindle back combined with an elegant smooth curved top rail to create an encompassing outline. The solid elm seat is sculptured to provide a comfortable sit.

Although designed as a dressing chair, this lovely chair is also sought after to combine with Ercol's mid-century writing table. Whichever way you wish to use it, this chair will bring a vintage, eclectic look to any room in your home.

The chair has been thoroughly cleaned and treated with a wood reviver which nourishes the wood and also protects it. It is in a very good used condition, amazing that it is nearly 70 years old. The seat does show signs of use with some signs of nicks and light surface scratches seen on close inspection (please see photos) as expected of a mid-century chair.
