This is a very decorative and rare Arts and Crafts dressing mirror in the style of Liberty of London. It is made from oak and has beautiful copper handles on the drawers inspired by natural forms such as the curves of plants and flowers and a lovely heart carving to the right of the mirror. It is a versatile mirror unit in that it has 5 drawers of differing sizes in which to store clothing accessories and jewellery, keys and paperwork and a tilting detachable mirror.

Although it is of the Liberty style there is no label or marking to identify it but the copper handles, subtle curves and heart shape are certainly reminiscent of Liberty.

All these detail adds such character and style to what is essentially a very practical full length mirror, perfect for use in your bedroom or hallway to check out your outfit.

It is has been a well cared for dressing mirror. There is some light foxing on the mirror and a split in one of the drawers which has been repaired. However for a dressing mirror that is over a 100 years old it has survived amazingly well showing the quality and craftsmanship of that era. There are no keys.
