A beautifully decorative hall chair from the Victorian Era. Featuring ornately carved back splat and top rail depicting vine leaves between the barley twist and carved uprights terminating in attractive finials. Further floral carving decorates the seat and it's edges which are raised on barley twist legs and stretchers.
This antique hall chair is perfect to add a touch of elegance to any room, be it the foyer, kitchen, living room, hallway or dining room. With intricate carvings and ornate design, this chair is ideal for those who appreciate the beauty of handmade furniture.
It has been well cared for and is a very solid sturdy chair. There are a few surface cracks/splits along the seat of the chair but these do not affect the overal character or sturdiness of the chair (please see photos).
The stool is available on a separate listing for Advintique.
