A beautiful gold wood framed overmantel wall mirror produced by Deknudt of Belgium in the 1970s. Deknudt are still in production today and describe their mirrors being made by experienced craftsmen that they proudly refer to as their Master mirror makers. This mirror would make a real statement in a room hanging over a fireplace.
Deknudt state that a mirror contributes to creating the atmosphere which makes you feel at home. It catches and reflects light and so helps you to create the feeling of more space. It highlights your favourite corner in a unique way and catches your reflection as you pass by.
This mirror has 2 rows of mirror facets all the way round the edge of the main mirror which add glamour and style to the mirror. It hangs vertically and has 3 wires at the back to assist in hanging. It has been well cared for in an excellent vintage condition.
