This is a characterful rocking chair. It has a ladder back with bobbin dividers; wooden arms with an under rail and front legs with bobbin dividers. The seat is made from rush and is in a great condition having survived the test of time. Made from oak which has previously been stripped showing the lovely grain of the wood, we have treated it with a wood restorer to further enhance and protect the wood. It is a light but surprisingly sturdy rocking chair.
