A stylish swivel leather armchair in an ochre/faded mustard colour. Made by Tetrad in Lancashire (who have been handcrafting furniture from 1968) it is one from their Nucleus Mark 1 range from the 1970's. The beautiful iconic scalloping certainly sets this armchair apart from other leather armchairs and the quality soft leather gives extra comfort.
The leather is nicely aged with pleasing creasing. It has been nourished with a non silicone conditioner which replaces the natural oils lost by direct heat and central heating. The metal base has been polished and swivels beautifully. The chair has been well cared for over the years; the stitching is all in place, the leather shows natural wear with some darkening on one arm and on a few creases of the seat.
