A beautifully designed chair. The organically shaped shell made of plastic is a classic by Charles and Ray Eames, first designed in the 50's and adaptable to a wide range of individual needs and preferences. The so-called 'Eiffel Tower' base of the DSR chair (Dining Height Side Chair Rod Base), is an intricate and graceful construction made of steel wire, combines light, elegant forms with structural strength.
The light green chair was made in 2008 and the blue chair in 2009 and both have the Vitra Eames sticker and stamp underneath the seats. They have been well cared for and are in a very good condition. The blue chair has a very light scratch on the seat (please see photo).
