A rarely seen reclaimed museum oak display cabinet.
A beautiful piece of wall furniture, currently very desirable and very functional, great for use in kitchens for herb jars (please note top shelf fits Schwartz jars but shelves below are only 8cm tall), or just for displaying all your favourite curiosities! It would add some real character and vintage appeal to your room.
It is a really well made cabinet with a solid oak frame, ply back board & glazed doors. It has 6 shelves. All of the shelves slot into the cabinet so should be removable but may need a bit of force. The hinges and handle are made from brass and the cabinet closes by a magnetic door catch.
The cabinet would benefit from small wall brackets on the back to enable it to be hung on a wall.
It is in such a good condition I was surprised to see June 1984 stamped on the plywood at the back of it.
